What is Conversion Rate?
Your website conversion rate is the ratio of visitors that become paying customers. The majority of website visitors tend to be wasted. This can be for a variety of reasons including; a failure but the site to capture their email address, a poorly laid out sales funnel, poor navigation within the site, or a lack of information. Every visitor has a reason for being on your site, and their reason for leaving should be just as important to you as their reason for making a purchase of contacting you.
Most websites lack many of the fundamental basics that could make their conversion rate double overnight. Effective traffic management will give you the maximum from the website visitors that you already have.
Web forensics allows you to view all your B2B traffic and provides you with the contact details of everyone who has been to your site, including the search terms they used to find you. This allows you to contact them, knowing in advance that they are interested in specific products or services.
How Web Forensics works:

A search user types a keyword into Google
They click your listing and visit your website
web forensics starts up automatically
It determines the users: name, address & tel
It complies a report of the information
You receive a weekly list of qualified leads
Website Traffic Analysis
All that is required in order for you to find out who is visiting your site is the addition of a small piece of code to each page of your site. This code is similar to Google Analytics code, but much smaller in size so it will not affect your site in any regard.
We can then collect the data from all of your visitors. we automatically filter out any visits made from domestic visitors as it isn't possible to determine their location. This leaves us with a list of some small, but mostly medium to large businesses that use dedicated servers. We then prepare this data, into a report for you either weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending upon your specific needs.
During our Beta testing phase, we have experienced a call success rate as high as 66% where the websites sales team has successfully made contact with the originator of the search query.
We don't recommend that our clients go into detail as to how they came to make contact, but rather treat the sales call as opportunistic. This is because many people are not comfortable with the thought that they can be tracked in this way.
We only use information that is readily available to anyone who knows where to look for it, so while the process is completely legal, many web users may be uncomfortable knowing that it is possible to be tracked via their company server IP address. We simply join the dots between data segments to produce a usable high value report of qualified prospects that are interested in your goods or services.
Our feedback indicates that in several instances this information has provided a significant first mover advantage during the research phase of the project, allowing for dialogue to occur with key decision makers which in turn has helped to shape the project itself.
